New River Village - Erskine

Took 1h30 delivery. Food turned up warm not hot Salt and chilli chicken (the chicken was rock hard) hardly any onions, peppers or chilli. The curry sauce was like hard jelly not a runny consistency. My daughter even commented ' 'what is this? ' ' it 's that bad Will not order again Total waste of £20

This is the first time I've had a takeaway from The New River Village and I enjoyed every bit of it and also my husband and son enjoyed it to so we'll be back again soon

Never had a bad meal out of new river village. Delivery times can be a bit long, but that is to be expected as it is busy as soon as as it opens.

Placed order and food arrived in around 40 mins, however we could have mind we could have walked there in.10. Food was cold...had to microwaves all the food to get it hot. I only used this restaurant as the Pearl River was constantly engaged. Worst decision ever. £18.65 for cold food. Sadly the chicken in my curry was all breast which was very bland. Will not order from here ever.

Can only assume the great reviews are family or friends. 2 mains and spring rolls, well over £20. Chips were soggy, very little chicken in the chicken fried rice and the sweet and sour just not very good. Would have been as well getting a supermarket equivalent.
