I know Subway is trying to rebrand itself but might be too late. Has anyone actually seen the new meat slicers working? Service is still horrible. Sandwiches are decent. I don 't know if it 's the language barrier can be an issue but when cashing out a $10 order I customized and added a $1 tip. As soon as I added it, the lady at the register said. You not feeling well? I said no , I feel fine, why? I realized she was being sarcastic because of tip. Off course no Thank you from her. SKIMPY on the vegetables, RUDE at the register. Helps explain why Jersey Mike 's is king of subs now.

Close to CVG airport. Nice service. Fresh food. Clean place. Restroom available. Best Subway ever!!

Traveling and decided to eat at this Subway. I quickly noticed the good energy and professionalism and great customer service from start to finish. 3 employees if not mistaken, all amazing. I had to ask, Are you a family run business sure enough...complimented then on their perfect service!
