Cafe Erlangen Tea House

Nice little café with good food, coffee and tea. As the name says, you should definitely try the teas here, they are really good. The staff is quick and friendly. After our first visit on the way back, we returned here again, because it is really good here and you can also sit nicely secluded in the nicely arranged backyard, which is more pleasant in summer than sitting in the asphalt jungle.

We drove to the teahouse for breakfast in Erlangen. There was a vegan sandwich and cappuccino with oat milk for me. My friends had the Erlanger breakfast and salmon breakfast including small glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Breakfast has tasted the two, but my sandwich was just ok; nothing special. I found my vegan breakfast expensive approx. There were only one rolls and two thin, small slices of bread at the salmon breakfast. We sat outside in the garden, which is beautiful but I couldn't enjoy anything because of the many wasps. It is fair to say that we have been told before we enter, but I do not feel it disturbing if there is a wasp here and there. But there were many, so I couldn't have eaten and was stressed. We were also told that we were not allowed to change inward. Since the problem is known, why can't you remedy it, I wonder. I didn't think that the chairs were covered and so wet. So I had to fight with a sticky jeans after the visit. Last but not least we had to remember that we wanted to pay. It was over 20 minutes and missed our train. I'm not coming back. But taste. My friends liked it. They also had a green Sencha tea and a Ginger Twist. In coffee cups, it tasted them. Cash payment, by card and Apple Pay possible.

Breakfast offer is great also the selection of tea is great. Staff is friendly. Interior is okay but it is simply mega at a summer morning in the rustic and cozy backyard too breakfast.

Institution in Erlangen! Very cozy café with beautiful garden and conservatory. On the cozy sofas it is easy to hold half a day. The tea selection is huge and also coffee you can very well! Breakfast is served until 13.00. There is a wide selection of different plates. Also much vegan. The remaining menu is also very varied and there is a weekly ticket and fresh cakes daily. Only unfortunately a bit difficult with small children, because there is no possibility of playing and changing table.

Super nice café with outdoor area, which is very pleasant. We were very happy with our cake and tea. Price performance ratio is TOP! All in all a detour worth especially in summer in the beautiful backyard .
