Yum Yum Pizza - Erie

I asked the waitress to make sure the wings are sauced, as they were too dry last time. She replied that I could sauce them myself. I noted that they seemed to have plenty of business already, so they didn't need mine in a town where wings are available on every corner. Good luck to them!

Called For Food Today At 7:13pm. They Said It'd Be An Hour Wait And I Could Pay When They Arrive. I Called Back Around 8:30 Then They Said They Claimed It Would Be An Hour A Half Wait. Then They Call Me 15 Minutes Later Asking Me For My Card Information Without The Driver Even Delivering My Food Yet. So I Call Back At 9pm They're Closed. So They've Taken My Card Information, Didn't Deliver My Food Nor Did They Call To Let Me Know They Would Have To Cancel My Order. Worst Pizza Place In Erie! For Those Living On The East Side Like Me, Just Stick With Big Bar Alfees! Yums Yums Is Officially Cancelled!

Staff is very rude. We are visiting Erie and on our last night here after a terrible trip we ordered from here. Pizza took an hour which was fine because that was already explained to us because they didn't have a driver on the clock at the time. Problem is the pizza was cold and the wings were drenched from condensation. I have been in the restaurant business for 30 years and that's a sign of the order being made and left to sit till their driver decided to show up. When I called for a refund I got the run around about having to wait to get a hold of the owner. I waited half an hour and called back, the driver picked up and had nothing but attitude and hung up on me. When I tried to call back they played little kids games but send the call to voice mail. When my fiance finally got through on her phone the said the can remake the pizza and we could pick it up. I wanted my money back to go to a place with competent employees. So the so called manager hung up on my fiance. I would give negative stars if possible because this place doesn't even deserve the star google makes you give.

I have ordered from this restaurant many times because I absolutely love their pizza, especially their sauce. I would highly recommend them and would have given them more stars, but their delivery service is terrible. Most of the time, my orders have taken well over an hour to arrive, and on a couple of occasions, it has been almost 2 hours. Tonight, on a Wednesday when it shouldn't have been too busy, I placed my order at 7:23 and it is now 9:28. When I called to inquire, they said it might be another 15 minutes. The food is amazing, but the delivery is extremely slow. They should inform customers in advance to expect such long wait times. If I had known, I would have ordered from somewhere else.

Had a bad experience Friday night. I was working very hard and did not have any food at my house. It was already 7:30 I had to bring dinner home to my family. I ordered on line. It was a Friday night and I understand they were busy. The online confirmation said it would take a half hour. When I arrived they had no food for me ? They acted like I never ordered. I showed them a screen shot on my phone of the confirmation and order. They still acted like they had no Idea. Even though the proof was right in front of their eyes. They acted like it was no big deal. To them it might not of been. What do you think happened to me when I got home with three hungry kids and no food ? Who's fault was it then ? Do I like sleeping on the couch ?
