Left my card on the table called and talk to the manager on 7-30-2024 about 11.30 am can’t send the card back to me by mail which I understood wanted me to drive 2.5 hours away to pick it up so I can show my identification card tell them to send it to my bank which clearly stated in the back of the CARD if found please return to the bank they refused and said they will destroy the card shame on you never again

Absolutely amazing food! Cooked and prepared in a timely manner and served with nothing but kindness ; And the manager Brian incredibly talented at what he does he excels at his position there , definitely an asset for the company.

Always a great experience no matter what location. Service is great. Food always awesome! I always get the pulled pork platter.

My fiance wanted ribs and is pretty picky, he got the full rack of ribs and they were huge! They fell off the bone and he said he would go back and get them again. I got the 12 oz ribeye medium rare, it was over cooked but they were pretty busy so it wasn't a huge deal to me it was still good. We both got loaded baked potatoes and they were also good. Our server was Ashley, she was awesome!

Had an excellent experience at smokey bones thanks to our server Kayla. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Our drinks were always refilled promptly, and she made great recommendation kaylas professionalism and warm attitude truly enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommend!!!!!!!
