Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Erie

The waiter was great. the food was so good. the first time I was there and I was very happy with everything. Even if they were busy and low on the staff, they got us our food in time and often checked us to see if there is refilling or anything else. the prices are better than I expected.

First time for me at this location. Staff was the friendliest bunch of employees I've been around. Food was perfect for me. My boyfriends steak came out well done, they replaced it with no questions asked. Great experience!!

My sister and I took a trip to Erie to visit a college campus and before we went home we decided to try this place! It was a great decision; the staff was super friendly, fast and efficient service, and the food was delicious. We each got their strawberry lemonade with a chicken pot pie, plus a house salad. The salad was amazing! I've never had a better salad from anywhere. The pot pie was perfect the flaky crust with the nice hot filling hit the spot! We already talked about going back just to get lunch one day soon. You definitely won't be disappointed!!

I've been to a Cheddar's location in West Virginia and have always liked it, but never have visited this location in my hometown. I ordered the sirloin steak (medium). Unfortunately, the first one came out well done (2nd pic) . I was hesitant to send it back because I know their jobs are tough and I don't like to complain, but after seeing how overcooked it was, our waitress Gianna was more than helpful and brought me another sirloin (3rd pic) which was cooked perfectly. Every staff member we interacted with was super friendly, especially our waitress Gianna. If the manager is reading this, please give her the kudos she deserves! Thank you for making it right! We'll be back soon!

Really enjoyed this place. Atmosphere was lovely with all the plants and we had a very pleasant server. We will be going back!
