Applebee's Grill - Erie

We went here to lunch on 17th, and it was not busy at all, there were 9 of us and the hostess was terrible. they made it loud enough that we could hear them and see that they are pretty fit. she said, oh great, we have 9, moving chairs on an annoyed art and wise, and said it as if we were a problem that we chose to lunch here. that made me unhappy because it made some people in our group unwilling. our waiter was wonderful, and eating was prefect, but her host was terrible!

My command was bulky. the service was efficient, polite and my food order was excellent. the only thing was I couldn't order my food (oriental chicken salad) on the line, I had to enter it. food: 5/5

In the city for business meetings....and compared to the other applebee’s, this is an average place for take off, can not complain too much, as their food was still warm looking, my only thing is, the spinach dip was a little cold and the chips were hanging together. this happens in the rule when the cook lets the chips in the frit basket too long without shaking or trembling.

My man and I went to eat. my man ordered their ribs and I ordered the chicken salad. I also ordered a cup of hot tee with honey the spoon came completely dirty only baked on müll. I told the waiter and he immediately gave me a clean spoon. then we opened the serviette with our cutlery our cutlery was dirty we even tried to take a serviette to see what we could do to clean it was just dirty. When our meal came out, they gave us the plate and I noticed that the floor of the plate had something on it because it was above my hand when I saw on the floor of the plate, it was completely dirty, only fought with old means of life again. we asked for the manager who came to talk to us. it was kind of surprising because he asked what he should do for us. I would think a manager would know what to do for someone who can't eat their food. the waiter was very nice. my suggestion is when they go to the applebee on pfirsich street, make sure that their teller and their cute are clean. my man got his ribs and they were burned and there was hardly anything on the teller. terrible experience!

Always appreciate Applebee's. My favorite location is mentor, Ohio. Ask for Jason as a server and you will have a blast. He has waits sometimes to sit in his section. If you have kids they will think he is a hoot! All Applebee's are awesome possum sauce though.Food: 5/5
