Nice place, but that's it... especially the waitress was not so friendly if they dare to ask 7,50€ for a soup, we would expect a smile from her waitress... she was so full of herself... The second thing we didn't like is the surprise when we pay our lunch... Soup was very delicious BUT 7,50€ for a chicken soup? Excuse me? The cheapest ingredients for 7,50€ and for such a small amount? In their menu they call “daily soup” of 4.50€ How do they get 7,50€? The price “From” we understand that you are putting because the soup changes from day to day BUT for a simple chicken soup that you dare, 7,50€??? So I wonder what you'll get at the end for 4,50€.... I advise you to clarify your prices on site instead of giving an unpleasant surprise for your customers and changing the behavior of the waitress or simply changing to another one that would also be at the level of your prices.

They served very good coffee and a wonderful breakfast with a role, bread, slices and meat and cheese and greenery. There was a lot that looked delicious on the candy front.

Nice cafe with small terrace on the Brucke. Good cake, and thee is decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We entered the Elmi at 17:10 on Saturday evening. The two young gentlemen behind the counter were concerned that we were going to be longer than 18:00. They informed us that they close at 18:00. They assumed we were going to order something other than coffee and cake. While standing at the counter picking out our cakes, an older very grumpy and rude (!!) worker interrupted us ordering and pointed to the sign on the counter that they take orders from the table. It wasn't any of his business what was happening because we were doing just fine the two young gentleman taking our order. I wish I had left at that point. The experience was so bad here that I will avoid this. Customer service is 50% of the experience. I wish I had read the reviews for this establishment before entering. And the coffee and cake wasn't really that good either.
