A good place to eat ice cream and view the city

A beautiful café with a wide selection. In the upper floor of the Anger 1, you can sit here comfortably and not necessarily get something from the department store atmosphere. There is also a beautiful view. The waitress was nice, unfortunately our drinks and dishes were very time-consuming. The ice cream has also not convinced me tastefully. For this, coffee and apple strudel were delicious.

I ordered tiramisu and a glass of tea, my tiramisu looked like a chunk of whipped cream and tasted like whipped cream and water, and the glass wasn't clean, and my friend's ice coffee tasted like water...would never recommend this place!
