Way to Hot and they are doing nothing with it. Cant Focus on anything, its hotter inside than outside. When i ask for open air conditioning they refused to turn it on (BIG party)

We were lucky enough to have the place as a service provider because of a wedding. We were in the Festal Henessy room, which is very cozy. I have a bit of a problem with the rating, since the performance of the servers deserves 6 stars rather than 5 in the service category, but the reason why I only give 4 stars is the air conditioning of the place. Unfortunately, thanks to the airless, under-designed cooling system, only one African guest felt comfortable, it was so hot... but there were no such guests, so everyone suffered. Fortunately, the atmosphere and the staff compensated for all this, I think everyone had a good time! :
