Burger King - Ephrata

I don't want to eat fast higher than a three, but they seem to take extra pride to put a quality product at this BK. Yup, burgers are not thrown together in phase, and the frits are always crisp and tasteful. One of the better fast food chain experiences.

Basically, it's the place where my grandchildren asked me. The service is good and they have an elaborate indoor play area with seating. They seem to leave their way to be family-friendly.

Very fast service and very clean furnishings. One of the better Burger Kings!

Wish I could give 0 stars! My little brothers football team went in at about 9 pm the LITERALLY let all the kids and coaches stand in line for about 30 minutes and then decided to tell them they wouldn’t attend them. Instead of letting them know from the start! They are kids their parents are expecting them to be home after a long game and drive BE CONSIDERATE of people the coaches understand they can take their service elsewhere but don’t ignore them til they leave that’s simply disrespectful my brother did not get home until 10:45pm that night from the drive from Ephrata I hope no other schools bring this rude place service.

I ordered spicy nuggets. Received regular and was told they weren’t on the menu, yet I was allowed to buy them. Customer service needs to improve. Workers should be informed what they do and don’t have. Managers didn't try to fix the issue. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1
