Bidra med feedbackWe absolutely love The Brick’s pizza and atmosphere. The enchilada pizza is so delicious. We will be back again and again!
Imagine this. Heading in, order took a little longer than it was supposed to. The place seems discombobulated and unorganized. Loud. People don’t seem that interested in the customer experience. Everything seems all over the place. The workers included, extremely awkward and hard to talk to as well. I got looked at like I had 3 heads for not having a local accent. Uncomfortable unnerving experience. I get my food and the boxes are insanely light, like, almost feels like there’s nothing in them at all. I’m a little upset, I spent $25 for this and felt like I got less than I would have spending $10 at Sonic. My mind is going “bust. Bust. Bust. This place is a bust” the entire time I’m walking to my car. I don’t have high hopes for this food at all, and I especially don’t expect it to usurp the horrible experience I had inside even if it does taste good.I genuinely can’t believe how wrong I was. I sincerely apologize for judging this place before trying it. The awkward kid I interacted with could’ve spit in my face and I still would’ve given this amazing place 5 stars.I can’t really say much beyond that other than going into detail about the food. The dough is unbelievably airy and leaves behind the perfect flake. It shows that the chefs clearly care about quality; you don’t see dough like this often at all. I would love to know their recipe. The same goes for their sauce and cheese, but beyond that is the combination of olive oil and cheese that so many of their menu items use. It’s an absolutely divine flavor that hits every note that I demand from it.I haven’t had local pizza in the south taste like this, much less from Alabama. I don’t know what they’re doing differently. I come from Illinois where you have more good pizza places in town than McDonald’s and grocery stores combined. Maybe they imported someone from up there to make their stuff. Whatever it is, come here and make sure you support this place. I don’t know what I’d do if they closed.
The limited choices of pizza in Enterprise with all the chains, Pizza Hut, Marcos, little ceasars, Hungry Howies………The Brick is the only one that offer a cauliflower crust that is good and crispy and doesn’t taste like cauliflower. It’s becoming our regular Wednesday go to because with the purchase of 20$ pizza for me and my wife the kiddo gets to eat free!! It’s always clean and the service is speedy and great. Would 100% recommend.
THE FOOD consistently, some of the best pizza around!
Being a Chicago native, I'm very picky about my pizza. For such a location in Alabama of all places, this was a great spot to have great pizza. I'd recommend, 10/10. Parking is plentiful, and Mondays are deal days. There is also outdoor seating.
