Jimmy John's - Enterprise

Three out of four subs were wrong and the customer service is definitely lacking. The bread did not taste fresh.

A worker named Mercedes was there by herself and took my order and made my sandwich and it was delicious. I got a turkey Tom and added peppers.

I went to get a Jimmy John’s sandwich that I normally get and this is what they gave me. I went through the drive-through. The lady was not happy about putting in my rewards and seemed to be annoyed, but the guy making the sandwich should’ve known better, more lettuce than meat. Bread wasBurnt and didn't taste like it normally does: plus forgot the avocado. Not happy

Got the unwrap with tuna. Glad they have that option. Being diabetic it was great.

Brian , the gm at JJ was great. He was super friendly and was engaging. Food was great!
