A pleasant and welcoming setting in all seasons, the time of a meal or for a stay in Ensisheim. The building is large, it has been well renovated but one can regret an almost absent decoration. Beautiful woodworks deserve some beautiful paintings or bouquets of fresh flowers. The lunch was all right, but the card lacks meat. Two or three additional choices are required. For the service it was perfect, dish side, to the day all the water glasses are marked with large limestone shears. So change. The dishes were excellent and sufficient quantities. Careful and original presentation, with excellent vegetables. Finally, a door overlooking a corridor would deserve a groom, thus avoiding an unpleasant flow of fresh air.
