Springhill Suites By Marriott Enid

The bathroom shower head was terrible it just shoots water out at you hard .The rooms are not clean. I don’t understand why they think the bare minimum is ok when cleaning. The second floor had a weird smell. The room we used for our event had dead and living bugs everywhere.. the bathroom set up to was just confusing and seems like a waste of space. Not the worst hotel but definitely not the best . Had they just cleaned our room. Better it would have been okay.

Spacious and clean rooms.Very comfortable beds.Variety of offerings for free breakfast.The pool is a relaxing getaway.Washers and dryers for extended stays.Quiet and conveniently located.

Room gets 1 star for the shower. Water intakes were reversed. Water is clearly hard because shower head was so clogged with mineral deposits. Had reservations for one week but checked out after first night. Mattress was also very uncomfortable. Have stayed at 50 different Marriotts this year alone, and this has been the worst one.

We stay here when we go to Enid and normally we are happy with our stay. This time was completely different. The staff was loud and talking about guests stealing stuff off their carts . They were not helpful. I had to wait forever at the front desk before someone would come help. I couldn 't even get someone to give us shampoo and conditioner because they wouldn 't come to the front desk.

The staff was great. This hotel is located a couple miles from historic downtown Enid. If you are looking to stay within walking distance of tourism, this is not the place for you. It is next to a Walmart, so any supplies are super easy to get.
