Rosalita's Marlboro - ENGLISHTOWN

Waited over Fifteen minutes at our table for a sever. The table was dirty from the previous diners. Finally, a waitress came over and we asked for table to be cleaned and she disappeared and never came back. Ten minutes later another server came over cleaned the table and took our order. Understanding staffing issues decided to overlook the bumps. Food was lousy. Hoping we could redeem our opinion we ordered desert. Fried ice cream. It was served soggy and not warm on the outside, not fried! Huge disappointment!

Our waiter was very efficient, friendly, and helpful. The food was delicious as always

I’m a vegetarian and ordered their equivalent of a naked veggie burrito. It was so spicy, I ordered another without any salsa and requested a very mild salsa be placed on a side dish. A spicy guacamole salsa was brought on a side dish BUT my tongue was so scorched from the first dish, that I couldn’t eat at all. My meal was comped because I didn’t eat. I got to watch my husband and two daughters eat their food though. I could have stayed home to do that. Our server was nice and gracious beyond belief. I haven’t eaten here for two years because of a similar experience and thought I’d give Rosalita’s another try. The noise was a bit loud since we were seated near the heating system that sounds like my back up generator outside the house; we couldn’t even have a decent conversation. I will not be back. I hope their other restaurants are better! This was a waste of my time and money.

Our Family was celebrating our youngest sons 21st Birthday!!!! Everything was delicious and the Margaritas were great!!!

My server was great! Food was good, but when I looked up non of the cooks were wearing their mask and most of the kitchen staff had them on incorrectly. I asked the manager why the cooks didnt have their masks on he said the CDC does not require them when cooking because they are not flame retardant.
