Moe's Southwest Grill - ENGLISHTOWN

I went here because at one of the Taco Bell locations I was like let me see the receipt so that I know how much I am paying. And they were stubborn and obstinate to do so on March 1st,2024 and in my mind the thinking and thoughts that these guys are not going to get my business. I go to Moe's Southwest Grill and people were the same there as this Taco Bell. Giving me great difficulty in showing me the receipt so that I know how much am I paying. People are not sane and intelligent and moral and ethical and nice just giving me what I am asking for a receipt making me completely satisfied and happy and giving me a wonderful and blissful and pleasant experience. And since I had not eaten breakfast and lunch and I really need to eat something so do that. And then I tell those guys I will just eat and then leave and any be there in these guys life or come to this location again. And that is what I will do.

Definitely get the receipt, have had multiple occasions now where I have been incorrectly charged and overcharged. Would not recommend this location.Also for my lactose intolerant peeps, they are a bit free with their spoonfuls. So be mindful you will find cheese in your lettuce, guacamole, pico de Gallo etc..And for my vegetarian peeps be mindful you can sometimes find some meat in the beans that fell over etc.

So for me personally, I didn’t actually like the food. But I don’t want to review bomb this because it’s not my preference so I gave it the average amount of stars it has. Anyway, I got a birthday burrito today from using the app so I only paid for the guac and white chicken. It came to $3 for a burrito and the chips they give free. I was really craving chipotle to be honest but I had the free burrito here so I decided to give it a try. I drove half an hour due to traffic, and I instantly regretted it when I tried the burrito. Idk it just didn’t taste good? Very bland. I got in a ton of add ins and it still didn’t add flavor. I actually was questing if there was even guac in the burrito but yes, I eventually saw the green. The only thing that redeemed this bland burrito was the Moe’s sauce I decided to get on the side. That was pretty good but I had to cover each bite in it. I will probably never go to Moe’s again. Not even for a free burrito. In fact I colossally wasted my time and regret ever leaving my house…and I’m a foodie, I don’t mind driving for good, free, food.I will say though, the place was absolutely spotless and very nice looking inside. You can tell whoever is running this place cares about it. The staff were friendly and very nice too which always helps. Moe’s just isn’t for me…If you’re like me, and you’re craving chipotle but you don’t really want to support them because of their inconsistent quality and other issues, just don’t bother getting anything at all.

Disgusting and subhuman. Place reeks like an old musty rest stop bathroom when you walk in, staff doesn't even speak English and likely arrived with latest caravan. They have the balls to charge $5 for a tiny side of rice ... something that likely costs a few cents. Pathetic. Close this dump

My husband loves this place. Went there on his birthday and got a free burrito.
