Hot Head Burritos - Englewood

This restaurant always has rude staff and they act foolish when you request additional meat! It is the worst happy hour spot in the area. The manager is completely unprofessional.

I always loved the food at HH restaurant. My wife and I usually order delivery. The food is placed in a bag and picked up through a door window. The restaurant is responsible for ensuring that everything is placed in the bag. Unfortunately, my last few orders have been missing items. The most recent order did not include the 2 chips I had ordered. When I called the restaurant, they told me to complain to the delivery person. I insisted on receiving my chips, and they eventually gave them to me. It defeats the purpose of delivery if I have to drive to pick up missing items. The process needs to be improved to prevent incomplete orders from being picked up. This has happened multiple times with this restaurant, and if it continues, I will take my business elsewhere. HH needs to address this issue or they will lose customers.

The service at this restaurant was fantastic. My girlfriend has celiac disease, and she felt completely safe with her meal. We will definitely be returning!
