Panera Bread - Enfield

I love Panera...but not corporate ones. The main franchise owner in WMASS does an amazing job. That would be Sturbridge, East Longmeadow, and Westside. This Enfield one has great bread and food but a manager that doesn't prioritize a clean smooth frontof the house. Always a mess. Dishes from 7 AM are still out on the floor at 1 PM...Gross. Not once have I seen a cleaned floor.They put up signs and supposedly mop, but with a dirty mop bucket. Don't even get me started on the touch points. There is areason they leave the cleaning items out for you here, if you want a clean table...DO it yourself. The workers are sweet andnice, but corporate Panera does a BAD BAD job here. Cluster FuK.

No small tassen. no big tassen. no 2% milk. no cream, no sugar. no coffee. on every given day there is something they don't have that they want and if they are one, when the happy couples. no order. the application appears on the board and moves to the complete side, but never materialized. fast pickup is not fast. plan them accordingly. yelp says they go to this panera on their own floor.

Quick service, plenty of good seats and parking. Great salads! My 14 year old Grandson's lunch choice

I went this 2x in this week to this place and ordered door to go - both paints I came home to find my order very wrong. unhappy because not only my order was wrong, but some of the items I paid extra to have in my order were completely forgotten.

Honestly I think that their food is just over priced. Yes it's good and a healthier option but for the price it's not Worth it. The smoothie while amazing was a small sized cup and cost about 7$
