Norms - Encino

I enjoy the whitefish dinner because it has a lot of food. Well priced. Sometimes takes a long time at dine-in so I usually get it to go. Coupons are great!

The waiting period was long and we first came there and they sat people who followed us first. we had the same size in our party and they jumped us out of what ground. (we were the only latinos there not sure if this had anything to do with it) then we were tired and the stood was dirty, it had eaten and wraps and spilled everywhere. I waited for someone to come, no one came and I had to go forward to ask if someone could clean it up for us. then came the bus boy, but he did not seem to clean and left the seat really wet. I had to ask someone else to ask for serviettes so I could wipe it off myself. when they brought a part of our order, it was a bit warm and my eggs were cold. they took out the rest of our order forever. we had already done what we had when the other half of the meal was brought. I asked myself to talk to a manager and they said he was a manager, I explained what happened, he seems like he didn't care much. he gave us a very small discount and went. it was my first time at a norm and definitiw did not come back. I don't understand that enough personal is a problem, but it shouldn't be excused for the way they treated us.

2 ny steak and garnel dinner combos to go, the steaks, where disappointing for the usual quality I get from this norm. a steak had torn that ran directly through the middle of the steak from end to end and the other steak was almost half fat. I really start tired of all these places that offer to prepare ordering, give low quality food to go to its customers. If I had sent the steaks back in the restaurant, they are so terrible. the only thing you do is make sure I don't eat again in your facility and tell all my friends how terrible it was. Why do they shoot their business in the foot to make a quick buck now and nothing more ever? I saw one of the workers who work there, taking home what looked like a heavy bag of food, probably the good cuts of meat, and if that wasn't enough, he came out more to him. Why do I think he took it home, then he loaded it into the same car, that came and picked him up when the other two commanded him from the back door, he came to the car and drove off. is that my steak, for which I paid money? we'll never know, but know I won't eat there again. many thanks for the terrible meal I have paid for, while the workers receive free meals.

The personal here still makes good for me! they constantly pick used dishes from my table and check me and my party. they have to sit better off, but space is clean. I had the $2.22 breakfast special [today only and can be ordered] (usually $7.99) and it was delicious. I have added an order of hash browns 2.99) you see pictures! tipp 1: bring them id and vaccination card or proof of negative results within 72 hours. this place forces this purpose. tip 2: ask for pancakes on a separate plate! tip 3: see $3 Make-A-Wish donate promo. more than $40 in savings including a free 4 deuces breakfast (same as $2.22 special today) with the purchase of drinks. must be made personally to get credits.

I really like eating at Norms restaurants......I was so happy they were opening one in my neighborhood....took my kids there I told them how much they will enjoy the food and boy was I wrong.....first we had to wait 20 minutes to have the hosts sit us down (not because of covid) she was putting orders for pickup so she was busy and then the food was the WORST I have ever had......I had their signature dish the T-bone steak my daughter had the New York with eggs, hash-brown and pancakes steak we asked for it to be made medium.....it was more than well done it was so dry the server said that the cook said it was medium the hash-brown was burned as well the potato soup was so thick we was more Mashed Potatoes then a soup we ate it with a fork the pancakes were given us to go because they forgot to bring them to us although we asked them the pancakes a few times..... all the food was so blend it was disappointing......I am sorry but I will never go back to this location ??
