Bidra med feedbackFirst time we were there. Not really fair to rate them as we were the only people in the restaurant that night. That being said, we stayed and had about 8 different types of sushi and a couple of rolls. All were fresh and nicely/artistically presented. They had a nice selection including some not so run of the mill items such as baby abalone, sweet shrimp (hence, the name of the restaurant), monk fish liver, hokki clam and some live items. Fairly priced. The sushi chef was friendly and accommodating as was the staff. Had some concerns about what it would be like if the place was crowded and even more concerns that it was not crowded (i.e., if we picked the wrong night, how long would the fish have been sitting there). However, it was good that night, is convenient and we will go back. While we said we would recommend it to a friend, we will probably reserve judgment on that until we have gone back a couple of times.
The food was fresh and delicious. We will definitely go back!
We had a great time. They were out of some things, but the chefs made some really interesting and tasty suggestions for substitutes. The staff was really friendly. We would definitely go back.
Phenomenal Sushi. I have my favorite local spot that I swear by and this was a very close second. Service was just ok, but didn't really care because the sushi was so good. Sashimi, rolls, the whole lot. And reasonably priced for what you're getting. Not cheap. But reasonable.
The food was fresh and reasonable. Service started out slow but once brought to their attention, they were apologetic and attentive.
