McDonald's - EMU PLAINS

Yesterday, I visited this restaurant and ordered my meal, only to find that there were no available seats inside or outside. Every other restaurant is open to customers; why not this one? My meal was then placed on the counter by the manager, who did not call out the order number or inform the customers. Instead, she simply threw the packages on the counter and walked away. When I asked about my meal, they ignored me. The girl working there was rude and self-absorbed.

The mistreatment that these children endure from certain customers is completely unacceptable! I have witnessed food being thrown at them, including hot coffee! No one, especially a young person who is known to the staff and may be starting their first day, should be subjected to physical or verbal abuse from these arrogant, self-important "customers". I'm certain these customers wouldn't dare behave this way if it were a large, intimidating man serving them. It is despicable for them to mistreat these children, and they should be held accountable for their actions!

This load is useless. the customer service is bad. the journey through the service is bad and I refuse to use it because I must necessarily wait for my order in the waiting bay of each. in business is chaotic and disorganized. not a...a supervisor in the age of 17. incomplete orders. useful.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a very negative experience. I ordered two McFlurry's and two chocolate frappes, one with cream and one without. The employee seemed confused and kept insisting on giving me Oreo McFlurry's, despite me clearly stating my order multiple times. When I received my order, I found that he had added extra M&M's that I did not ask for. Additionally, he gave me the wrong order of Oreo McFlurry's. When I asked for it to be corrected, another employee intervened in a rude and intimidating manner. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and will not be returning, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I would like a refund and to speak to the owner. If they see this, please provide me with their contact information. My accompanying grandchild was also upset by the whole ordeal.
