This is my aunts food stand in Empalme Escobedo and after hearing about the Gorditas for a while from my mom, I gotta say that they do live up to the hype. There are several different fillings you can put into the Gorditas such as shredded chicken, shredded beef, nopales, potatoes with salsa, and more. Whenever you're in the area, come through and grab a bite!
Excelente lugar para disfrutar de deliciosas gorditas.
Comí en un restaurante con comida corrida, el servicio fue bueno aunque me trajeron agua sin hielo y encontré un cabello en mi guisado, una lástima, no volveré.
