Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Emmetsburg

Went throught the drive through for a blizzard. We both ordered our favorite flavors and were extremely disappointed. There were globs of plain ice cream on the top and very little of add-ins down at the bottom. For $11, this normally yummy treat was an awful let down.

Went thru the drive thru on the 19th and got chicken strip baskets, and they didn't have any of the gravy. Back on the 25th for ice cream and they had a great big sign for the cake batter cookie dough Blizzard behind the counter. They couldn't serve those until July.

This was the best service I have had at a dq. They were all beyond sweet and got food out in a timely fashion despite being short staffed

Horrible service!!! No please or thank you! Ordered extra gravy got none! Then they inform me AFTER the fact they had NO gravy!! Will NOT be back!!!

The service was great, the people were very nice. The food was what I would expect to get at a place of this caliber which is great ?
