Gaffer's - Emerald Isle

We were three times now. The first time, got the quiet box and hush puppies. Hardly no. Next time they tried their Gaff diders? amazing. My reason: Husband has it without ranch and wants it all the time. Our son (based on how his father loves her bbq boneless wings. They are not the types to try something outside their comfort zones, so half of the menu is out of limits for them. My daughter got the salmon before and loved him. Overall, the food is good. Outdoor atmosphere is definitely better than go inside so when the weather is beautiful, have a beer or mermaid stamp, and relax.

Beautiful great experience on a busy Sunday evening. Pleasant waiting... plenty of space outside to sit and enjoy a drink from the bar in the meantime. Service was fast, efficient and friendly... It is always positive if someone is excited about their food recommendations. Really loved the black tuna. Another manager of my party had the Mahi, but it was a bit dry. Everything in all will definitely be back when staying in the area!

Ben was our server and he was attentive and excellent, predicting any need. The hostess was really sweet and on point as well! They were very kind to our doggies as we sat outside on the patio, which can accommodate a lot of people! No being crammed in here. We had margaritas, hush puppies, shrimp nachos (sounded weird but were AMAZING and fish tacos w street corn. Everything was seriously amazing! I?ve told all my family to come here while they visit. Small kids have a nice area to play outside and a outside bar so parents can relax and play too. My only regret is finding this place the last night we are here. I would of come multiple times this week! Til next time;

We tried this restaurant on a whim and we were NOT disappointed! The service was awesome, I believe our servers name was Kimberly. Her, along with the manager on duty, were very friendly and informative about the restaurant. We got fried Mahi and a burger, both very good. If you get a chance, try the Atlantic Beach Pie. Honestly one of the best desserts I?ve ever had!

It was crazy busy on a Wednesday night in July. We waited over an hour to be seated 3 of us. There was a live singer who did a good job with the crowd. The crowd loved him and participated singing and responding. But we came to meet an old friend we hadn't seen in many years. Most everyone was drinking an alcoholic beverage, even during the long wait to be seated. Problem was, we were seated very close in front of the singer and his speakers. We literally yelled to speak with each other. When one person spoke, it had to be repeated to the next. There was singing consistently until 9PM, just the time we paid an over $70 bill tip for two Gaff sandwiches, onion rings and water. Nice outdoor patio. Very considerate wait staff. Nice facility. It is more like a bar that serves good food.
