I have been going to Knoebels for decades. Cesari's has been a staple and tradition to our park experience. This year was completely disappointing. The only toppings are cheese and pepperoni. That's it. You can get a broccoli pizza, but that is a white pizza. No specialty pizza. I know it is different owners and I had high hopes they would succeed. But honestly, not worth it. Crust was not good, but it wasn't soggy. Cheese was cheap and gritty. Pepperoni was barely there... Out of three pies of pepperoni, at least one slice in each had no pepperoni on it. The rest were lucky to have 2 pepperoni. Knoebels needs to get someone in to do a better job.

We ordered a cheese pizza today around 2pm while at Knoebels. We barely sat down when our number was called. The pizza was NOT hot or fresh. The crust was hard, the cheese and sauce was dried out. The pieces did not line up. It looked like and tasted like old pizza. I believe they took previously baked pizza slices and put them in a box. How could pizza be made and baked in less than 5 minutes. So disappointing. We won't be getting pizza there again.

Shame.. these people don 't know what 's good for business. You make a good pizza. Fix the size. You took over a goldmine here. You pay $25 a pizza at least keep it a true 16-18 inch large. These were the size of medium bigbox store pizza. Such a shame to ruin a good spot for what reason? So stupid just size. figure it out because they will come for your ratings. This place was acquired by pizzette owners. Use to be good. Now it feels like they 're trying to make us lose weight. I 'm eating pizza for heavens sake. Not only were they small. The crust was more like bread. Just cooked enough that it wasn 't dough but the flop was absolutely horrid. It looks they took a pre made cheese pie and put pepperoni on it just enough that the peperoni was almost warm. the pizza tasted good but just for the price I expected more. A lot more.
