Subway - Elyria

So my daughter ordered subs online, they did one of the subs wrong. I called her to let her know, the first woman I spoke with was nice and she said she was sad and wanted to do it, told me that I stopped the other and said she would give me 20% from the next order. The atm machine was down, it was my lunch break and I didn't want to try to find another place to lunch. So I went to my car to use the app to order my lunch. why this option was not recommended, I don't know. sandwiches were pretty good. I only wish they would put the cookies in their own pocket (all subways do this) they end up as twirling or the sauce.
