Mr. Hero - Elyria

Real rating 4 1/2 stars* I wasn't with Mr.Hero locations in years, not intentional, just so happened. on my way home, on SR-113, I thought by chance that there was a Mr.Hero location at the corner of the lake ave, I was hungry, so I went. it looked so that I downloaded the app, ordered and waited in my car. the app warned me that the waiting period lasted 20 minutes. cool, not big thing. I waited approx. 15 minutes and went in and the 3 workers were busy to cook and command to give out before me. they had already made my gyro, but the pfefferoni pizza bites made after I checked with them. I didn't know what to expect. I had low expectations because I never had their gyro or pepperoni pizza bits, but let me tell them it was the best gyro I had for years! and the pizzas were fantastic! only at this location is the small lobby (only had 3 or 4 seats to sit) and the parking space. but the food will make me more. I wish I made photos of eating to share with you.

They got me in pretty fast and they got me out. very friendly staff.

I wanted to thank the owner together with a family friend that he helped me to get away in our winter storm when 2022 he did not the half to take his time to help me. he had my kindest respect, thank you both for being the best. also their workers are the best keep the good work.

That's my favorite place of hero. the owner is a very hardworking man and he puts a lot passionate and professionalism in every sandwich.

Always mess up my order. At least I got extra food tonight
