Mcdonald's - Elyria

I went into the restaurant because both lines were very long. Although my food was hot THIS TIME, the wait was long. There were only 2 people ahead of me, but the 2 cooks were slow and they were having a hard time keeping up. The manager apologized for the long wait. When I got my food the fries were cold so I asked for new ones. They gave me new ones without any problem. Hamburger was a little more than warm.

The food was amazing and fresh the wait wasn’t long at all best McDonald’s I’ve had in a long time

The girl was training a new person. The 4 stars is only because my order wasn't completely right. But they are learning.. it happens.

The first day I went there, they were busy, I went thru drive thru, ordered, paid, given drinks and sundae, told to pull forward. I did. Moments later given food, went over and parked, wrong food, walked in, exchanged for right food, thew out the bag I returned to them. With food shortages and limitations they throw out good food,I could have saved that wrong food and ate it later than throwing it out. Too much good food is thrown out by McDonald's everywhere. It's a sad shame, like they have no consciousness about it. There are hungry people in Elyria who would like a meal. The place is busy. I recall they didn't have a good day that day.A man was yelling about something didn't go right, or wrong food. But he was clearly upset.Ate fries, ate quarter pounder, about half way through, raw before I noticed it. Contacted corporate next day. I put raw burger in cooler cooked it the next day.Went there a week later when it was 90° out, they had no sweet tea, complete out around 1500 or 3pm. I canceled my order and left. How could they be out of sweet tea, I went to Avon McDonald's. Their drive through is awkward for a large pickup truck with a dually. They had sweet tea, went home.So far I have not had a good experience at this McDonald's twice. Corporate was contacted the first time. Disappointed the second time with no sweet tea. I'm just not a soda fan.Granted, it's hard for them to hear over a diesel engine to give an order.Idk if I will stop by again. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me 3x shame on us both.Parking: Ample parking, easy in and out.

Fantastic breaskfast burrito and coffee. We ate at McDonald's vice the free Hotel ? breakfast. The stop in Elyria Ohio is our rest stop on the road to Chicago IL. Keep up the great service and we will keep coming. ??
