Golden Bowl - Elyria

Orange chicken ordered was so old and tough you couldn't eat it. Also raw pork in fried rice and egg roll that was also old and only cabbage. Had to throw it all away. We won't be back. Also they were rude and said it was fresh.

We stopped here for lunch on a Sunday. We got the combination platters. They both were excellently done. Nice portions, very nice people, and our food was really hot and fresh.

This is a take out place only, definitely well worth it.

Paid almost 90 dollars for food left out garlic chicken combo. Called and said we are coming back to pickup the garlic chicken. We live 25 min away. They said ok. Then they acted like they didn't know what we are talking about and said the order was correct. Then change their tune when we said the exact order that we ordered and paid for. Wanted us to wait. We decided that we will just go to 1 kitchen from now on. Not the first order was messed up.

I placed a DoorDash order with these people and forgot to order extra stuff called the store to make sure they can put extra sauce in my bag and they told me the manager has to call me back. She couldn’t comprehend what I was saying manager calls me back and says what do you want, very rude very inconsiderate of my problem and still did not understand what I was talking about.
