Bidra med feedbackThe buger was good, and the fries were okay but what happened was the the drink was not cold there was not much ice in there and it tasted water down. Like if they accidentally let too much water or ice going to the soda.
Great dine in experience, cashier rang up my order quickly and correctly. Made shakes very fast for my kids. Meal came correct and tasted DELICIOUS. only gripe..... never get enough ketchup lol. Great job edouch elsa, enjoyed ur whataburger very much????????????
They always overlook my instructions, and the meat is much thinner than it used to be. I requested Dr. Pepper but was served Coke without being asked.
This Whataburger was incredibly clean, and the cashier treated my 8-year-old like a grown-up, actively listening to her order and asking for her preferences. It was a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed our time spent as a family during our meal, and the burgers were absolutely delicious!
This is one of the most visually appealing Whataburgers in Texas, but it has the worst service I've encountered! Orders take around 20 minutes at the drive-thru, even though company policy states it should only take 5 minutes. When your order finally arrives—after waiting alongside 20 other cars—it's completely wrong! This issue falls squarely on Store Manager Cesar Flores. As a business owner myself, I know that employees reflect the leadership style of their manager. The lack of professionalism here is a direct result of the Store Manager’s actions. This has been the worst experience I've had at a Whataburger in Texas!
