Scoop Ice Cream - Elora

Drinks are not that great, Chai latte and lemonade are too diluted. Ice cream is much better and worth getting. Also the line takes long.

The girl who worked the afternoon shift on sept 6th was rude. The store was opened, we were unsure as she looked at us then looked away and proceeded to pretend to clean. After standing by the window for 3 mins we decided to knock on the window to order in which she was very condescending. After we got our gelato which was overwhelmingly disappointing, she was just gawking at us from the window the entire time while we ate it on the patio Overall such an uncomfortable experience for subpar over expensive gelato.

While it's a bit on the pricier end, I can justify that this is worth it! There are a variety of fun options to choose from and the ice cream is very tasty. Definitely give it a try when you're in the area ! !

Was looking forward to having some ice cream Sunday Sept 3rd at 345pm. The store appeared to not be open, with the lights off, and the typical bell to ring for service to be gone. Surprised to see it closed since it states theyre open until 8pm online. I wasnt the only person looking forward to ice cream. About 3 other families were wondering if it was open.Unfortunate to say this isnt the first time I've visited and the store has been closed a few hours earlier than stated.

Scoop is one of my favourite ice cream places! I love the commitment to quality and fresh flavours. I always look forward to their new flavours, but also love their tried and true Bubbleyum is one of the only bubble gum flavoured ice creams I can have because of an allergy and I was thrilled that it tastes even better than the real thing! Amazing ice cream, friendly staff Scoop is always a must when adventuring downtown Elora.
