Chick-fil-a - Elmhurst

Today a man (I believe the manager) helped me unlock my car in the cold. He was very polite and super helpful with my situation. 11/10 customer service and the food was also good

To the two ladies doing table touches on 12/29 at 12pm, you have amazing customer service and have hospitality down to a T. They also handle rude customers with grace! Miss terra I believe was one of the ladies.

Solid chicken but not much else, although I always appreciate their waffle fries. Friendly staff. Cute little play place for the kids but many local McDonald's have larger ones.

If they pick orders for a third party, this is the absolute worst place to do this. A snobby manager (no names required) loves to say it was picked up before an hour! without checking the system. I would hate to think it's another race than just being a lazy problem. I suggest before they come to this place to pick up an order.
