The Rose - Elmbridge

Absolutely cracking curry! Now BYO for beer, which is a bonus as there is shop next door that sells it. Service great, food excellent.

The meal was nice but we were overcharged £60 ! A very dodgy business! Also we had to ask three times for water for the table

We live locally and have ordered takeaway from The Rose several times. Every time it is lovely and hot, the staff are very welcoming and pleasant and they are really efficient. The quality of the meat is brilliant and the flavours are really authentic. Today in particular was really tasty.

Normally when I come to The Rose, it’s late at night, with friends, and we’ve all have a few beers ....... and everything seems great. This time was the same in most respects except........ I was stone cold sober ! And I wasn’t disappointed. The staff are great they put up with so much and never stop smiling and being professional. Service is prompt and off menu requests are sorted out with no problem. My only criticism is that a lot of the dishes appeared very similar almost like they used the same base sauce for everything which considering how quickly it was cooked and served, wouldn’t surprise me. But for the majority of diners there, that’s exactly what they want.

The food and ambience of this small restaurant was superb, The prices were slightly more than I’d experienced elsewhere but I found the service and food quality reflected this.
