El Mexicana - Elmbridge

We made a last-minute choice to try something new and it turned out to be a brilliant decision. The food was fresh, tasty, and we loved being able to choose our own ingredients. Definitely worth the money.

We have visited El Mexicana at Cobham Services on the M25 numerous times. On our most recent visit, we found the staff to be new and not as friendly as we were used to. One of the dishes we ordered was chicken with black beans. Unfortunately, the chicken was tough and the black beans were very hard. This was the first time we experienced such poor quality food at this restaurant, and it was quite disappointing.

Today, around 11 am, I visited Mexicana Cobham and ordered a naked burrito from the self-ordering kiosk. Unfortunately, my order did not go through, but my payment went through. The employee (possibly named Agnus or Aimee) who assisted me at the kiosk was rude and made the experience unpleasant. I am surprised that Mexicana would employ someone with such behavior. I would consider returning for the food, but if I encounter her again, I would choose to go to McDonald's instead.

Food was lovely and fresh also I have received wonderful customer service from Dawn.I definitely come back

I got fed up of watching my chips go cold while the rest was slowly made. 20 minutes later they started cooking my chicken. I left without the food.
