Pizzeria Davinci - Ellington

I usually enjoy dining at this restaurant, but the chicken Parmesan grinder I tried was the strangest chicken I have ever tasted. It had no flavor and the texture was similar to rubber. I would typically give this place 4 stars, but the chicken was very disappointing.

Tried calling over a dozen times to place an order and they didnt even answer

Having a difficult time finding good pizza up in this corner of Connecticut. I'm originally from New Haven but I have had better Pizza in Florida. The crust was hard and tasted as though it has been pre-formed. The pizza itself was over-seasoned and the cheese tasted like it came out of a bag.

We were on trip and took a chance when driving by Pizzeria Davinci. As soon as we got inside and smelled the aromas we knew it was the right decision.

The pizza at this restaurant is fantastic, especially the specialty pizzas. I also love that they are huge Star Wars fans!
