They completely messed up our order. Missing fries in the wing box, after clarifying 3 times the sandwiches still came with ingredients we can’t have. And to top it off their phone does not work, corporate and Other Arby’s don’t have their working number. So you have no choice but to drive there to complain. Ridiculous.

Customer service here is extremely lacking. I asked for items and they told me they did not have it. I made alternative choices and they told me they did not have it. It was very obvious to me that the employees there did not want to work but somehow expect to get paid. Ridiculous!!! Will be going to Delaware Arby's for now on.
