The food is good, but the service leaves much to be desired, and the surrounding area is lacking. The staff has a limited command of English, resulting in frequent mistakes with orders. They automatically add a gratuity of 18-20%, even when there are only one or two diners at the table. Many customers don't notice this, leading to double tipping, which has happened to me as well. You often have to request napkins, forks, or water multiple times. While the prices are reasonable, it seems that the local customer base, consisting mainly of shop owners, has led the staff to believe that good customer service isn’t necessary.
