They missed an order and refused to replace it. They blamed me when I called back, and only offered an unspecified discount when I called back. One star. Will not return
I always get our food to go. Have never had an issue in all the years we have gotten food here. Food is always consistent. We just get Hibachi Chicken and/or steak with mixed vegetables, no carrots and no rice. When the kids were here, we got the rice. I feel their portion size is good for the money. Of course the prices have gone up, but they have everywhere.
I tired them for the first time yesterday. Boy am I happy I tried a new place. Usually I get stuck in the rut of ordering from the same few restaurants all the time.
I have ate at this establishment before many times, food has always been excellent. This experience was not so much. I live about 30 minutes away and drove there and got take out. Called the food in, added some stuff when I got there. Total was 21.37. Just a casual two people dinner there days. When we got home to eat our food, there was hair's in both of our plates. Not just one but several. I called letting them know, asking if we could get a refund or something to compensate. Nothing was available, just to drive all the way back out to get the same food remade. Seems a little far out of my way just for 2 meals to be replaced. I work in the food industry and we always try to compensate with the customer to help encore their experience. I was not pleased about this.
