Coffee House Waffle Shop - Elkin

I recently dined at the coffee house in Elkin and unfortunately, the service was terrible. The morning crew had two waitresses who were more focused on their phones and chatting with each other than attending to customers. My drink remained empty and I didn't have the opportunity to ask for condiments because the waitresses were too preoccupied with their phones. Later in the day, I returned during the dinner shift hoping for an improvement, but to my disappointment, the waitress was busy with another customer and their child. It seems like the restaurant does not prioritize customer service.

This restaurant is absolutely terrible. It's been around for years, but it's clear that the staff doesn't care about the food or getting orders correct.

I only gave this restaurant three stars because the staff were friendly, but the food was absolutely terrible. All I ordered was a large fries and a drink.

Very disabled coffee house has always good and open hours, went last night and it is open under new management and only until pm now.
