Burger King - Elk River

Burger King in Elk River Minnesota was clean, service was awesome and overall our food experience was phenomenal. The product was HOT, on time and given to me in a friendly manner.

Food literally took 25min to come, very disorganized, management on duty is rude and offered no compensation for time lost when asked. Not a fast food place.

I miss having the old manger Breana working there. She always made sure our food was hot and made exactly as ordered. These new people managers need customer service skills and i guess some training on making food. Also one manager smells of alcohol but at least shes pleasant to be around unlike the manager with the beetle tattoo on his hand.

If you want *fast* food, don't go here, even at 7 PM, even if you do mobile order. It took at least 25 30 min. Super understaffed so I don't blame the employees. Posting in hopes that they change something.

Long wait at drive thru. I can handle that as everywhere is short staffed...ordered a bacon melt and after my first bite realized it was the mushroom Swiss melt. I HATE mushrooms, so very disappointed. Have no proof of what I ordered, other than it came up on the screen correctly, as no receipt was provided.
