Jack's Urban Eats - Elk Grove

I stopped by for a lunch meet-up with friends and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions for the price. I ordered the spicy buffalo chicken salad, which was enormous and came with house-made buffalo sauce, celery, and some sweet apples for a nice crunch. My friends got a steak salad (which they deemed the best value), a turkey plate (loaded with meat and fresh vegetables), and a Reuben sandwich (super delicious and a decent size). We sat outside so we could chat and bring our dog along. Overall, it was a fantastic spot for lunch, especially with the large salads. I believe the tri-tip salad is the best value of the day.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. My friend treated me, and I ordered a custom salad with salmon, cucumber, feta, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes, crispy wontons, and gorgonzola dressing, and it was fantastic. We also shared their specialty fries, which were wonderful. I definitely plan to return to try their sandwiches that I've heard so much about.

The food at Jack's is fantastic, and the atmosphere is lively and enjoyable. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We wanted to capture a photo with a friend who is moving out of state, and it might be our last chance to have one together. The busboy kindly set aside what he was doing to take the picture for us. We absolutely love Jack's!
