We came in an hour before closing, we had hands down the best waitress her name was Ann!! She is the best

The server was not very friendly and seemed to hate her job. A salad that was ordered arrived without dressing and the steak was boiled. The advertised beverage specialities did not cover all cocktails on the menu, but there was nothing that was displayed, which cocktails were $5 and which were not. On the bright side, the potato soup and chicken tsarte were fabulous.

Absolutely wonderful experience!!! The drinks were delicious, the food was even more so, and the staff was all incredibly friendly! It was my first time here and I was not impressed at all. We waited longer than we should have service. Drinks and appetizers were slow to get to our table and our food. The sides were hardly warm and the steaks were not tasteful at all. The server was polite and friendly to us, but seemed to be overworked. Not enough servers? I'm probably not going back to this restaurant.

Our group of six have not eaten at O'Charley's in awhile, but we were very pleased with the menu options. Our choices were delicious. I tried the salad with sirloin steak, blue cheese and asparagus. Very tasty and my steak was a perfect medium rare. Our server Brianna was very attentive and pleasant. She kept are drinks filled and checked back often to make sure everything was fine.
