"I ordered from this place over 10 times in the last 7 months using the drive-through. However, today was different. When I arrived, I was told something that contradicted what I had been told previously about their service. I frequently buy from here, but after today, I don't think I'll return. It was especially frustrating since I was the only customer in line."
The customer service was terrible, and the drive-thru waits over 15 minutes every time. One of the workers, Gabby, was not very helpful at all. When I mentioned that my order was incorrect, they became defensive and rude instead of trying to fix it.
I stopped by this Dunkin' to get gas and used my rewards to get a cup of coffee. Then, one of the staff approached me from behind and asked if I had paid for my coffee. Excuse me? The young lady handed me the coffee, and yes, I paid for it. Food rating: 1/5.
I’m new too the area , been going too this Dunkin’ Donuts for a week half. The Service that I receive from this employee on the morning shaft by the name of Ms. Don have been “ excellent/Great customer service “ she listens, acknowledge remember the little details of my order. Had a lil miss understanding with one of the employees , Ms.Don stepped right in corrected my order. Never had a problem since then. She’s great , fast the best coffee maker.Her outstanding customer service will be the reason that I continue to visit this location.We need more like her.
