Mcdonald's Elim Drive-thru

The service here its very slow in contrast to mc donald outlet you know the fast, the socket u wait more than 20 min for eating and the shop not so busy

The food was good but i had a very bad service from the person who assisted me yesterday at drive thru, (penelope kubayi) she really needs to be trained because she was so rude, ignorant and cant talk to customers, she made me to order more unnecessary things and had to waste money on things i didn't want

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My first payment method didn't work, and they also gave me the wrong order. To make matters worse, I was shorted on chicken nuggets. I wouldn't recommend going there.

I just had a chicken nugget from their menu, and it was terrible. It was dry and lacked any flavor. It felt like it had been made weeks ago and was only being served now.

The staff could benefit from additional training in customer service. Additionally, many menu items were often out of stock during our visit.
