Costa Drive Thru - Elgin

A terrible service for what seemed a living costa. I'm not a lover of costa because they can only do soy milk to replace milk, and for someone who can't have milk and hate soy could give him another opportunity, such as mandible or coke milk. today the employees did not know what they did, a renter took our order then went to clean tables leave 3 more employees behind the theke who did not know that our order waited for first employees who then reordered then passed on. when the last drink was first poured, even because of teekanne, a small espresso cup was not made with a lid that spills the tee everywhere. no big coffee break

Rude, condescending staff. Dirty. I only went in for a coffee and a cake. I left a bit traumatised.
