They seem to always mess up my online order. I learned today it’s probably because I order a #6 and they automatically think a 6”. So I’ve learned to check my order before I waste gas going back. But today they messed it up like always, I told them what was wrong and in return the messed it up even worse, which I did not believe it was possible. I ordered 3 footlongs, initially they gave me 2.5 footlongs (as usual) when they fixed it and I drove all the way home with 1 footlong and 2 six inches. . And now they won’t answer their phones. Come on subway. Get it together. I shouldn’t be accustomed to getting my order wrong in the first place.
