Happy Joe's Pizza Eldridge

We ordered a medium pizza took 45 minutes we are understanding of short staff but when my husband got home with the pizza I lifted the lid and edges were all bubbled up and burnt around edges. We ate what we could we were hungry. I called the manager to explain our situation and he sat in silence I said hello and he asked if we wanted another one to be delivered would take another 45 minutes! I said no we will never order again

Just walked in. We had to ask if we sit ourselves. Then we sat down. And watched the girl spray tables. Then she sprayed more tables. And finally walked to the salad bar area and sprayed that. Never asked us anything. So we left.Couldn't believe thus from Happy Joe's. So we kept traveling.Monday June 13 at 2:20. You might wantto talk about meet and greet with this girl.

The food and services where so bad yesterday at lunch, we asked for our money back. And got it. French fries on the hot table where still frozen!

Was a great car show.. the pizza was excellent as always.. the manager bused my table.. the buffet was busy

Came in, today, for the buffet. Fries frozen. Pizza cold and the cheese wasn 't melted. Manager on duty said it was sitting out for an hour (we came in at 1130) but that doesn 't mean the fries should be frozen or the cheese entirely cold? My mom got pretty offended when offering the French fry to the Manger and said no look it 's frozen. Touch it and he said I wont touch it after you touched it which we didn 't understand. I frequent other happy joe 's buffets. Just in Eldridge for thr afternoon so figured we 'd stop by. The Manger was quick to give a refund but was definitely not happy about it. I tried to be as nice as possible, but some things need to be addressed. Even a guy who walked in after me said I thought this was a pizza buffet?
