The worst restaurant in this area. Its better to avoid these kind of hotels. I dont know how some people gave 5 star for this hotel!!! We, group of 5 ordered beef biryani and what we got is just uncooked white rice mixed with beef curry. We was like ok whatever it is let have the food, that much hungry we were. But the beef curry was pathetic and full of ghee pieces, not even a single piece was eatable. It was too spicy too. We asked the supplier, is this what you call a biryani, he never even minded it. Pathetic service and worst taste. The quality was also very bad. Our stomach got problem after leaving from there. Hotel was not much spacious, better avoid family rooms. Situated just beside Elappara bus stand. Good pakring space. Easily accessible location. One guy who stand infront of the hotel will make space to park your vehicle. To owner: First of all, you should eat your own hotel's food, then you will get an idea about what all needed to be improved. Secondly, we are never expecting a 5 star hotel service from your hotel, but kindly tell the supplier to behave like humans. He treated us like a refugee. The food there was really so delicious and was mouth watering. One of the best restaurant in Elappara Town.

Snacks were not fresh, Taste is not upto the level.... Never prefer as a coolbar.... But, if are a porota non veg curry lover, then only u can have something from here
