Jack In The Box - El Rio

Placed an online order, but when I got to the restaurant, they said they didn't have my order. I showed them on the app, and the young lady in the drive thru, along with the manager, got to the bottom of what went wrong and got me my order. Everything was fresh and delicious. Kudos to this location!

Jack in the box has a lot of issues I ask for sweet tea they give me unsweetened tea and only after I payed do they let me know that they have no sweet tea I ask for Splenda since I can't have normal sugar and because the young man at drive through dosnt want to be bothered to look and just states they dont have any sweetner I ask for curly fries they give me normal fries when I go and let them know their mistake they give me all burnt curly fries horranle.experienceParking: Police always harassing in parking lot

The oils they use to fry potatoes are required, it is obvious that they never change them.

7:00 am weekday, ordered breakfast platter with an extra egg. Received normal amount of egg and the pancakes were tough like reheated leftovers. Couldn't eat them. Chew like cardboard. And no receipt in the bag to complain.
